Mike Nemger, MSFS, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, RICP®, CLTC 
Senior Director of Development

Mike has been with New York Life since 1990 where he started as the Training Supervisor in the Arizona General Office.   He has been responsible for training and developing over hundreds of agents at all levels of expierence in the areas of life insurance, retirement planning, investments and long-term care insurance. 

After completing twenty years as the Senior Director of Development in the Arizona General Office, Mike was appointed to Pacific Zone Director of Long-Term Care for New York Life in December 2010, in which he was responsible for supporting long-term care sales in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada and Wyoming.  In July 2011, his consultant role was expanded to Retirement Specialist, where he supported agents in helping their clients develop retirement strategies which include utilization of New York Life fixed income and deferred annuity products.  In January 2013, Mike returned to the Arizona General Office as the Senior Director of Development.

In keeping with New York Life's strong commitment to professional education, Mike has earned his Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS), as well as CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, RICP® designations through the American College.  Mike enjoys his role as a developer and is committed to the success of all agents in the Arizona General Office.

               Service Leader - General Office Adminstration

Evan started his Manager career with New York Life in August, 2014.  Evan's experience includes managing the Service teams at General Offices located in Oxnard and Pasedena California.



Ray Karlson, CLU®, ChFC®, CLF®, CLTC, CASL® 
Senior Agency Standards Consultant

Ray has been active in the Insurance Industry for over twenty years, serving on the Board of Directors of NAIFA and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.  During his career, Ray has been a successful Agent, Partner and Director of Development.  In his current position, Ray is able to share his experience and knowledge to enhance the personal and professional growth by helping the members of the Arizona General Office navigate the ever changing regulatory issues that affect our industry.
